At NBB Law, we seek to ensure that our charges are set out clearly and simply so that you know from the outset the likely costs that will be incurred and the options available to you.
Our lawyers have an excellent reputation for providing legal services of the highest standard and are supported by a modern and robust business infrastructure that enables them to do their absolute best for you.
Our aim is to explain to you from the outset:
- What we will be doing for you
- What we will not be doing
- What is the likely cost
- How that cost will be calculated
We offer our clients a variety of funding options, including:
- Fixed fees
- Capped fees
- Hourly rates
- Conditional Fee arrangements / No win no fee
- Damages based agreements
In some instances, there can be a mixture of the above payment options, for example in more complex matters, the pricing options may include different ways of sharing the risk. You might, for example, prefer a price which is related to the result of the case or if we are not able to price the whole piece of work at the outset, perhaps because it is not yet clear exactly what will be involved, we will agree a pricing arrangement for each stage.
It may be that you will prefer an hourly rate for the initial work and then a fixed fee for the rest once the scope becomes clear. Many combinations are possible, all with the aim of making sure that you get clarity, transparency and a pricing structure you are happy with.
The Solicitors Regulation Authority require solicitors to provide an indication of their pricing and service structure for certain work types. Further information can be found by clicking on the links below:
The prices quoted on our website are not binding, as separate and personalised quotes will be provided to Clients upon formal engagement.
VAT is charged at the current rate of 20%.
