Paul has experience in numerous litigious areas – Civil, Criminal, Regulatory, and Family, representing families in coroners court for those killed on the road, at work, and occasionally those unlawfully killed through to divorce, commercial litigation, contractual disputes and assistance at Crown and Magistrates Court. He has advised private individuals, large and small companies, insurers and adjusters, and appeared as advocate for professionals at disciplinary proceedings before their professional body.

Notable Cases
- Settled an action for a client in a permanent vegetative state at trial without independent witness evidence
- Successfully negotiated a professional negligence claim for a negligently handled action on behalf of a significantly brain damaged claimant with spastic tetraplegia
- Successful 10 day professional partnership dispute trial obtaining substantial damages and successfully defending large counterclaim
- Represented family of a victim who was thought to have been unlawfully killed before the coroners court
- Establishing neglect in the death of a victim at inquest before a jury
- Advising a major international company at board level on systematic failure of machinery leading to numerous fatal accidents
- Advised approximately 200 claimants on the civil and criminal liability of a fraudulent company
- Successfully represented an Accountancy professional before her regulatory body
- Routinely assists numerous professional musicians in all manner of matters; contract/publishing disputes/crime/divorce
- Lecturing other professionals on behalf of, and assisting MASS as Vice Chair
