On 30 September 2025, NBB Law acquired Waldrons Solicitors Limited, a firm which was established in 1867 and has approximately 110 members of staff.
Following a corporate reorganisation, from the 7th April 2026 NBB Law Limited will no longer operate as the entity providing legal services and will instead become the holding company of our group. Legal services will then be provided by Waldrons Solicitors Limited, which is authorised and regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA No: 564439). The practice will continue to operate under the trading name NBB Waldrons.
What This Means for You
In order to simplify the structure of the practice your matter will transfer from NBB Law to NBB Waldrons the trading name of Waldrons Solicitors Limited, on the 7th April 2026.
This means that your matter will continue to be handled by the same legal team in the same office and there will be no interruption to the service you receive. All duties of confidentiality and legal professional privilege will continue to apply.
